Just give the information pertinent to the job you are applying for and be honest. Give examples of experience you've had in any fields that would make you better equipped for the position.
If you need help ask your parents! And, be HONEST.

We can't be crazy with the ink. Put "N/A" if it doesn't relate to us. Avoid the word "anything" be specific. They like specific.
