What are the benefits of having a budget?

  5. The benefits include, having enough money to do necessary things (buying groceries, going out to eat, etc.) it will also provide backup money when needed, keeping you away from debt, NSF, fees, etc.

    1. Removes the need to manage your money according to the biggest and scariest thing that you need to pay for.
    2. Helps your money go farther.
    3. Removes a lot of fights that money can "cause."
    4. Shows you where you are buying/paying too much.

  7. A budget will show you where you are over spending. Will remove much of the guilt, shame, and fear. It will remove many money fights. Managed money goes farther.

  8. There are many benefits to having a budget, but a few include fights over spending, a knowledge of what your money is doing, allows you to see you could spend your money more wisely, and allows you to buy things that are fun, but maybe unnecessary without guilt.
